We came home to our house flooded. We called our insurance company, and they had this company out within 1-2 hours. They were extremely professional, explained the entire process, and got right to work getting my floors up and baseboards that were affected. They brought in a ton of fans and dehumidifiers. They answer the phones right away and answer any concerns or questions I have, and if I do have a problem they were out to the house in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company!

The service is incredible. From requesting an estimate to scheduling an appointment time to arrival time to post work completion, the experience could not have been better. The initial estimate for work was spot on. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. As a matter of fact, the Manager came by because he didn't want me to have standing water any longer than necessary. Now THAT is Customer Service! I won't call anyone else if I need any of their services again.

When the building I manage had a flood in the basement, I thought I had a real nightmare on my hands. I called SERVPRO of Central Oklahoma City and they came out to extract the water immediately. They thoroughly dried the basement and surrounding areas, testing for mold and any possible contamination of other areas. Patrick and Rene just left... the house is an absolute wreck, but it's going to be a process. Wonderful, caring service. Carlos and Jose were so professional and answered all of my questions. They spent more than three hours pulling up carpet, taking out wet attic insulation, and setting up fans to restore my carpet and ceiling from water damage when my hot water heater in the attic leaked into a bedroom. Jose texted me this morning that he had gone by my home to check on the progress. You just can't ask for better service and care!

Melanie was a real joy to have work for me today. The work she did, although I stopped her to talk, she just continued to get more done than I thought humanly possible. She boxed - she carried - she stacked. I wish such energy for me. One thing - a worker like this needs a back belt so she won't hurt later! Loved her.

We called them after hours and Ibrahim Hamadan and his co-worker came promptly. They assessed the water, tore the wood out and carried it away and set up the blowers.
