We came home to our house flooded. We called our insurance company, and they had this company out within 1-2 hours. They were extremely professional, explained the entire process, and got right to work getting my floors up and baseboards that were affected. They brought in a ton of fans and dehumidifiers. They answer the phones right away and answer any concerns or questions I have, and if I do have a problem they were out to the house in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company!

The SERVPRO of Central Oklahoma City team was quick to respond, within hours of my water damage. Mike assessed the damage and had a crew on site the same day to begin removing the water and placing equipment to dry everything out and removal of damaged surfaces.  So kind, professional and kept me updated every step of the way, along with direct communication with my Insurance team.  This team is a class act and I highly recommend them!

When the building I manage had a flood in the basement, I thought I had a real nightmare on my hands. I called SERVPRO of Central Oklahoma City and they came out to extract the water immediately. They thoroughly dried the basement and surrounding areas, testing for mold and any possible contamination of other areas. They completed the project before the agreed-upon date, not to mention finishing well within the estimated price they originally provided on the contract. I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation.

Patrick and Rene just left... the house is an absolute wreck, but it's going to be a process. Patrick and Rene worked for hours ripping out soaked carpet pads and got everything ready to start drying. We didn't have to do anything. They were so respectful and efficient at what they do. They turned what was a disastrous way to start a day with a ceiling caving in into a not so horrible experience. I wish more companies had the customer service oriented staff as these two. They even taped down all the wires so we wouldn't trip on anything! Thank you!

Wonderful, caring service. Carlos and Jose were so professional and answered all of my questions. They spent more than three hours pulling up carpet, taking out wet attic insulation, and setting up fans to restore my carpet and ceiling from water damage when my hot water heater in the attic leaked into a bedroom. Jose texted me this morning that he had gone by my home to check on the progress. You just can't ask for better service and care!

I have nothing but praise for the crew who came out over several days to help us in a jam. They worked hard getting moisture out of the house, and did the prevention work/abatement to keep us safe.... Very polite, hard working, and the communication was great. Thank you all!

We called them after hours and Ibrahim Hamadan and his co-worker came promptly. They assessed the water, tore the wood out and carried it away and set up the blowers. Promised to come back in the morning to check everything and were there right on time. VERY IMPRESSED! I will be telling everyone I know how wonderful they are!

Did a great job drying our hardwood floors and walls after a busted pipe flooded part of our home. Arrived promptly and started the process, ultimately saving our floors and saving us thousands of dollars as a result.
